Eddings universe continent

Hello peoples. Today I'm going to be writing about some more fantasy ideas. Here it goes.

So for the map I made that connected all four of David Eddings' universes there was a lot of empty spaces where the size of some of the areas weren't large enough. I took advantage of this, plus also adding another sheet to the map to create my own fantasy continent. The continent was very large with two primary sections, the north and the south split by the equator. This fictional continent lay between the west coast of The Land of Shaan and The Land of the Malavi (The Dreamers universe), and the east coast of Plakand and the island of Dhweria (The Redemption of Althalus universe.) The southern side is an extremely large, powerful, and corrupt empire devoted to expansion and the accumulation of wealth and power. They have complex machines of war and conquest like enormous galley ships and even small machines and wyvern riders capable of taking to the skies. Hunks of metal and weaponry roamed across the ground like armored insects. Their cities were extravagant and vain and many of the citizens had no jobs other than "being rich". The government was very corrupt but powerful with many conflicting factions within it. With their machines of war the empire has conquered almost a tenth of the fertile ribbon on the planet, the only part that humans lived in.

In the north is a wild area that for the most part is covered in forest filled with strange animals and sources of magic from Father Earth. The natives of this land are supreme hunters with the bow and a blade on the end of a staff, similar to a spear. These weapons are derived straight from the earth, wood from the trees, stone and some iron, and animal bone. Father earth grants a select few of these weapons made every so often with great power, and every so often even the people that wield them. This factor along with other forces of nature is all that has given these people any freedom at all. Most of them are still slaves and laborers to their southern neighbors. The north would be connected to the south by land but the empire dug a miles long canal, linking the ocean east of Plakand to the inland sea west of The Land of the Malavi. Since both the north and south are connected by land to the attic regions this canal is the only viable sea route.

The main protagonist would probably be a native from the north ever since his birth he was blessed with the strength, speed, and pure ferocity of ten men. This immense strength lets him pull a very long bow made of Zira wood. The raw force this bow offers lets him shoot arrows with very large heads, one shot to the leg would probably amputate it completely. Another protagonist this time actually from the south would be a mounted knight. At this point I think I'm going to make his mount something other than a horse, maybe something like a large buck but either way as a mounted knight he and the other knights would have long lances for the knight's charge. Now almost always the lance is broken on the first charge so a squire would keep four or five extra lances readily available but this man's would always pierce through its target and break off and splinter close to the handle then he would take what was left in his hand and put it through a loop on his back, when he pulls it back out the lance is completely restored.

So there are some of my ideas for my own main fantasy continent in my Eddings universe. Bye.

Jupiter Ascending

Hello people's. Today I'm writing about a movie. Here it goes.

The movie I'm talking about is called Jupiter Ascending. Jupiter Ascending is an action sci fi movie about a girl born on earth who learns that her genes are the exact genetic duplicate to a ridiculously wealthy human from the real birthplace of humans, Orin. These industrialist human overlords own entire solar systems and plant the human race onto planets and let them grow in population until it becomes too much for the planet. Once that is done they "harvest" the planet, that is to say kill everybody on it and use their organic material to prolong their own lives. Jupiter Jones was born with the exact same genes in the exact same order as one of these humans that had lived previously and this genetic "copy" had been included in her will as the heir to a massive inheritance including Earth.

The movie was very good. I'm not gonna spoil any more of the plot but it's very in depth and the universes is actually very complex. I would definitely watch a sequel.

Bye.

Eddings theories

Hello peoples. Today I'm talking more about the series I was going to write. Here it goes.

So this series is going to bring together the fantasy worlds that David Eddings wrote about. Last time I wrote about my theory on how the separate continents in his universes could possibly be together on a single planet. After I wrote that I got out all of his books and made a very long map with all of the continents on them, some of them are my own creation because not every series included places both north and south of the equator or were wide enough. When it was done I taped them together and curled it around to make somewhat of a globe. This was when I realized that with the world being so wide it would either have to be donut shaped with flat wide poles or regularly shaped with ice covering around half of the entire globe. I decided to have it globe shaped and when you went a few miles into the southern ice continent or a few miles into the northern ice you encounter very strange, cold, barren landscapes. These landscapes are the physical repercussions on this world for all the earth shattering events that took place like Klæl being banished from this world, Nahgharash being forced into nothing and nowhere, Cyradis making her choice, etc. The enormous forces battling for control over all of reality on this world had the power to take these repercussions and move them to the unpopulated poles.

Now for snore complex theory. Now I've already decided that the two final opposing forces are going to be Nothing and Substance. Contrary to the beliefs of almost every religion on this fictional planet the very first thing that existed was Nothing. And then all of a sudden Substance was born and took the shape of the first planet and made it it's heart. So while the forces of Nothing and Substance pulled and strained against one other 2 "races" of entities were born on the first planet. The first race were the destinies the largest and most powerful destinies had futures for the entire universe and smaller ones contained the smallest of events like a man sneezing on a certain day. And all of these destinies conflicted each other and they warred constantly over the fate of the universe and fought too with the substance and the nothing for control. The second race were the creators. Everything alive has the ability to create, humans are at the bottom because they can create the least, above them are gods that have enormous power to create based on how many believe in them, among other factors, and above them are spirits that created and destroyed entire solar systems and fought amongst themselves. Most of these forces eventually realized that the Nothing was the most evil force and joined together to put the Nothing into a sleep. But now through the vast amounts of power being released on this world, and forcing Nahgharash into the Nothing, it is waking on this world.

Horror story ideas

Hello peoples. Today I'm just talking about some ideas that I have had for horror stories. Here it goes.

1. Lesson one. There is no devil and that is a horrible thing. There is no Devil or worst part of Hell concept, what scares us most is the concept of unknown and infinity, hell is infinite in size and possibilities and there is no "most powerful entity" only ones we may possibly find to be worse and worse.

3. It's broken mind. A man driven to complete and utter insanity in a hospital bed due to a horrible accident which has completely mangled his body to the point where he must venture into his own mind to bring himself back to sanity and kill himself in order to not release his insanity upon the earth. The end. Also the number 11. End the book with this "my (crossed out and replaced with our broken mind.)"
Have some kind of entity and a concept because that's what scares.

4. THE MASTER OF SLEEP. A man who's learn to do incredible and supernatural things through the power of sleep and dreams.

6. Shades of insanity, every single human sees everything through their own shade like an unlimited amount of unlimited amount of combinations of different glass shades an weaves their thoughts with different threads of different material of different color on different spools. When you go insane it gives you more of these of often darker and worse shades of the ones you have making it possible to force yourself in an out of insanity and potentially creating entirely new ones based off yours or the others you posses.

7. In the future where it is discovered that hell literally lies under the surface and a police force has to defend earth from what lays under it. Many scary cave scenes.

8. Son or daughter with unusual past and unusual parents possible mental disturbance is involved in something that elevates him or her to an Übermensch state, conflict with their parents leading to supposed climax and breaking of parts of the persons mind, they escape a high level security due to new and supernatural powers like feeling no pain and your brain doesn't let you hold back, for instance him squeezing his jaw shut so hard in order to break his teeth to make them sharper, limb stuck pulls away with no reaction, ect.

9. A man biologically and supernaturally turning into something slowly "a werewolf story"

So there were some of my ideas for horror. Bye.
