Nerf Guns

Hi everybody Today I'm gonna write about my Nerf guns. Sorry I haven't made a blog in a while. You should expect more pouring in soon though!



First of all here are some of my favorites. My all time favorite (not including the vortex blasters or guns I don't have) Is the barricade rv-10. My friend steve gave me it for my birthday remember? It is a chunky pistol that holds 10 darts and has a motor. So you load the gun, shut the unjamming slide at the top. Do this because it won't run if it's open. Then flip the switch to start the motor and every time you pull the trigger it shoots. You don't even have to cock it between shots.


I like fast reliable guns. My second favorite is the Vulcan it can hold 24 darts and it is a bulky machine gun with a chain in it that holds the darts. It even has a tripod like a sentry gun. My grandparents got me this one.


Now I'll talk about my vortex guns. The vortex guns is a new brand of Nerf guns that shoot small discs instead of darts.





I have the proton and the vigilon.





The proton holds one disc. The vigilon holds 5. On the proton you pull back the slide in the back with your finger and you put a disc in. Next use your thumb to flip the switch so the slide comes back in and fire it.


With the vigilon flip the switch to make a slide come down put the discs in and shut it. Then you can shoot 2 discs cock it shoot 2 more cock it and shoot the last one.


I hope to get soon the praxis. Which is a bigger gun that holds a lot of discs.



Soon I hope to get the swarm fire and the sniper gun.





The swarm fire guns are two handed and shoots 20 darts and is a machine gun. I like it because it's a small quick machine gun. The sniper gun is a big gun with a scope that can shoot long distances. Lastly I hope to get the new laser tag guns!

Hi today I'm going to blog on a movie called Dante's Peak.






Dante's peak is a 1997 disaster movie about a volcano. Me and my family saw it last weekend. My 5 year old brother did not though because he is still to young to watch.


WARNING SPOILER



The movie starts out 4 years earlier in the middle of an disaster area where Harry dalton the vulcaniaist is trying to escape with his partner but a lava rock crashes through the roof of her car and kills her. 4 years later Harry travels to Dante's peak a high tourist attraction next to a volcano. He thinks it's going to blow but nobody believes him. When the volcano blows up enormously and they get trapped on the mountain. They have to get down before the toxic gas, explosions, ash, lava, inertia shock waves, earthquakes, and falling boulders the size of a truck hurtling through the air.


Dante's peak is a great action and suspense movie. Bye

Infinity blade 2

Hi everybody Today I'm going to write about infinity blade 2!!






Sorry I couldn't do one sooner but the game had a bug that made you start over every time you went into the game. So I was going crazy over not being able to play it.






Here are some of the perks of the game differing from the first game. Now instead of just sword and shield you have the option of getting double swords or a heavy axe/mace/hammer. When you have 2 blades instead of a shield button there's a duck button that makes it so you can dodge sideways attacks. You can still parry though. Also if you do a combo hit (which is 3 hits such as 1 left 1 right and 1 left again you can have an attack that does double damage. With 2 swords you can keep having powerful hits after you combo. With the heavy weapon. You use the weapon to block to the sides and instead of the shield button you block up to block up or down attacks. Also of you hit twice in the same direction you can make a big move.





Before you buy the game make sure you get infinity blade awakening the book. It is the story of what happens between infinity blade 1 and 2.

I love infinity blade 2. There's one part where you're about to fight the boss and this tiny little weak guy comes up to you and starts bragging about how he's gonna rip the flesh from you're bones and then CRASH a fifty foot sword drops through his chest and a huge black and gold winged demon dropped down. He kicked my but. This time instead of it being a bloodline it each rebirth where you come back to life because you find out you're immortal and in the first game you lost you're memory each time and got younger.

Hi today I'm going to tell you about my Ripstick.






For Christmas I got a Ripstick. And it was one of my favorite things I've gotten. And it only took me 2 weeks to get the hang of it not counting the school days when I had no time.


A Ripstick is a lot like a skateboard. Only it has 2 wide parts on the end for both of you're feet that our joined together by a pipe. It only has 1 wheel on each end though. Mine is blue and black and has lightning bolts on it.


I found out how to ride it by a YouTube video. To get on it you put you're forward foot on the front, push off and put you're back foot on the back of it before you fall. To keep going try to keep you're front foot still but move you're back foot back and forth. To turn you lean you're front foot the way you want to turn. Keep the back foot straight. You can do that because the pipe in the middle makes it so that you can turn one one way and the other the other way. You start out kinda jerky but then you smooth out and start going faster.



My Dad was really supportive to. ( direct quote ) "Hey look every body it's a dipstick on a Ripstick!" Today I tried going down the road the opposite way and I was doing fine but then I realized I was going too fast to stop. CRASH! BANG! AAAuugghh! BARK! BARK! Stupid DOGS! But I was okay. Kinda. I Am having a great time on my Ripstick. bye!

Christmas 2.0

Hi today I'm going to tell you about the second Christmas.

About a week after Christmas my grandparents give another Christmas at their house. That's when they give most of there presents. My favorite Christmas present was probably the beyblades I got.

The beyblades I got were ultimate meteo l drago assault, a motorized gravity destroyer and a mini l drago beyblade on a keychain. Which is really cool.



Katie's favorite present was her monster high dolls again.



Alex's favorite toy is his Captain America action figure. It is 10 inches tall and is really cool because if you put his shield on a sensor on his arm and push the star on his chest the shield will light up and he will make noises.



So I think I speak for all of us when I say thank you to Grammy and Gramps for a wonderful Christmas 2.0. :D
