Pictures

Hello peoples. Today I'm writing about some pictures I've taken in the area where I live. Here it goes.

Also the app I'm using won't post all of these so it's going in a few different parts today so just scroll down when this one is over until you get to the last one.

So I guess it all started with this picture. I think I took it in the seventh grade in late fall in the early morning on my way to school. I took it with my iPod so it's pretty low quality and then the picture disappeared so all I have is this screenshot of it because I saved it as my background. It has no filters on it. I remember I just stepped out of my house with my music in, saw the sky and took the picture right from my front porch.

So in 8th grade when I discovered I no longer had that picture and realized how low quality it was I decided to take more pictures with my phone which has a much better camera in hopes of seeing a similar sky.

This one was actually taken late afternoon just looking down my street. I also thought I had a better picture of this where the filter really made the red bricks pop out more but this is all I could find.

Not the best one just thought I would take it, it's early morning from my bus stop but this was taken more recently so the sky isn't as dark.

Same photo different filter.

I don't remember even taking this picture or when or where I took it but it looks nice.

This is actually the same exact view from I showed you previously but this one was taken earlier and with a different filter obviously.

Not much to say here just another pic from my bus stop.

Wow same perspective again I didn't realize once that I was doing that.

Another from my driveway.

These next few and the above were taken from my bus window as it was moving, once again these are more recent.

This is a really great picture I took from my front yard with a filter on it. One of my favorites.

This is actually the same thing I only pointed my camera straight up and put on a different filter.

Another taken more recently and one of my favorites.

I like this one a lot with our tree standing there in the hard with the black shadow and everything. Obviously filtered.

Another from my porch and also a favorite.

One of the first pictures I took when I started eighth grade, it's just another from my bus stop.

Same pic different filter.

This is the first picture I took and definitely one of my favorites. It's filtered and that wanderer going down the street is my sister.

Nothing special about this one it's one I took yesterday after mowing the lawn it's unfiltered.

Same time, unfiltered.

Peering up through the branches of a tree in my yard. Spring is definitely here. Taken at the same time.

Same tree. I liked how the log looks like a nice seat under the spring tree.

I really like these pictures because it's the same tree taken right after the first one just with a different perspective. The first one is all happy and in spring, and the one below spring just kinda took a lunch break. I also like the slanted view of it and the shadow beneath the tree.

Ok my blogpress app is just being weird so if this posts just ignore it.

Hello peoples. It's lawn mowing season again. Here it goes.

I've been mowing peoples lawns as a job for a while now and I'm gonna be doing it again this summer. So yesterday I took care of a yard belonging to one of my Mom's work friends. Parts of his yard are really steep so he has a mower you ride on. It's the first time I've ever used one of those so it was an interesting experience. The entire thing was a lot easier and more fun the only downside was that I got sunburn on my forearms from having my arms out in front of me. It took me a while to finish mowing his lawn on that but I'll get faster with practice. Afterwards I spread some grass seed and fertilizer and I was done. My mom also fed the chicks and chickens while we were there.

Bye peoples.

Hello people's. Today I'm reviewing one of my favorite video game series. Here it goes.

The game series is called Dead Space. Earth was dying when The Black Marker crash landed near the gulf of Mexico. It's a large alien artifact with two twisting spires covered in strange symbols. Michael Altman was the first to discover it and learned that prolonged exposure to it could cause insanity and homicidal reactions from humans and after they died they came back with their bones and flesh twisted in any way that made them better killers. They were called necromorphs. Michael Altman was killed for his knowledge about the marker and became a martyr for a new religion called Unitology. Unitologists believe that the markers are divine. The Black Marker was destroyed. EarthGov tried to replicate the marker to harness its limitless energy. They succeeded in making these new red markers and marker test labs spread out across the solar system. After the second Necromorph outbreak most of the red markers were lost somewhere out in space or destroyed.

(SPOILERS FOR DEAD SPACE 1). 200 years after the red Markers were lost a mining colony on Aegis VII discovered one. A planet cracker vessel called the Ishumera, sorry if that's spelled wrong, came and tore out a few miles of the planet with the marker, both the colony and the ship having no idea what the marker is. The Marker causes a Necromorph outbreak on the colony and the ship and during the disaster the plant peice and marker comes hurtling back to Aegis VII Isaac Clark is an engineer sent on a rescue mission. Isaac uses different mining equipment like the plasma cutter, or javelin gun, and many more weapons and learns that to kill the necromorphs you had to dismember them. After tracing the marker back to Aegis VII with the help of his girlfriend who was stationed on the Ishumera he manages to destroy the red marker and learns that his girlfriend was only a hallucination caused by the marker to twist Isaac into helping it and that she killed herself instead of being turned to a Necromorph before Isaac arrived. (SPOILERS FOR DEAD SPACE 2.) Isaac is captured by EarthGov because before he destroyed the marker it created a marker blueprint in his brain. Drugged for months and racked by violent dementia from the marker's influence on his brain Isaac is unknowingly forced to create another marker on The Sprawl, a colony on one of Jupiters moons. Once again, an outbreak begins on the Sprawl and Isaac journeys through the Sprawl in an attempt to destroy it with Ellie Langford, somone he meant there. Once they are near the marker Isaac forces Ellie to jettison away back to Earth in an effort to protect her and he goes off to destroy it. An enormous amount of necromorphs are being drawn to the marker for an event called Convergence. Isaac does not know what convergence is only that it is very bad. Isaac uses a machine to purge the markers influence from his brain and learns how to destroy it again. The Marker is destroyed just before the end of Convergence and Isaac is narrowly rescued by Ellie before the resulting explosion destroys all that's left of the Sprawl. (I'm not going to explain Dead Space 3 just for times sake. So I've recently beat the series on casual and now I'm attempting it on normal mode.

One of the mechanics in DS3 is the ability to create your own weapons. First you choose a frame, one handed or two handed. Next the two tools. Hitting R1 will shoot the upper tool and R2 shoots the bottom one. Next you put different tips on the tools to create different effects. For example if you use a military engine tool you can use different tips to create a shotgun, or machine gun, or a sniper rifle ect. You can do this for every tool. Next you add circuits to the frame which can increase damage, clip size, reload time, etc. Right now Ive made a two handed gun with a military engine for the upper tool and a telemetry spike for the bottom tool. I put the evangelizer conic dispersal tip on top to make the games best shotgun. I didn't put a tip on the bottom to create a regular javelin gun. I added damage circuits to max out the shotguns damage and clip size to the javelin gun. This way if somebody gets close the shotgun normally gets them in one hit and the javelin gun shoots much farther and can pin enemies to walls. My backup gun is a tesla core with diffraction torus over a survey charge with a directed expansion field. Big words, but it really just means a lightning gun over rocket launcher. So I had a dead space 2 save when I played dead space 3 which got me the planet cracker plasma cutter gun. It's the same as the series' most iconic weapon the plasma cutter but with the planet cutter tip which gives it a ton more damage. So for fun I dismantled it and replaced the bottom tool from a rotator cuff, (which turns the gun so you can shoot vertically), with the regular plasma cutter with a tip that made it a machine gun. So effectively I had the best plasma cutter in the game with the top dealing a lot of damage and the bottom for support because it shoots much faster than the planet cutter tip.

I love the Dead Space series and the horror aspects about it. Monsters are constantly popping out vents and scaring me. I encourage you to play the games but it is M so I wouldn't recommend it for anyone under 13 because of the violence. Bye.

Hello people's. Today I'm talking about another a movie. Here it goes.

So the Friday before last I saw AVP...... Sigh. The movie has a great concept which is that the species of predators has been in contact with human life for quite some time, explaining all the architectural feats some of them reached and a few conspiracy theories here and there. Anyway so a specific temple thing was made in Antarctica when this ancient civilization was still around for the predators to fight Aliens in and they came back every 100 years to do so. I'm not so sure how scientifically possible the whole "Antarctica used to be a jungle" thing is. So a team from Weyland Yutani (Yep you've heard that before) comes to investigate the temple after
It gets picked up by one of their satellites. They get there to find a hole has already been dug down to the temple and go down to investigate it. Apparently it's been a hundred years since the last fight and the predators lured the humans here to be the hosts for the aliens. So pretty soon the team finds themselves in the middle of a war between the two alien races. A great concept done very, very badly. I was hoping to find some vestige of hope in it but yeah it really was as bad as everyone says. One of the biggest problems for me about the storyline was how it seemed like a lot of the movie was cut out. Which is pretty possible considering how they brung A MOVIE FEATURING ALIENS AND PREDATORS AND MADE IT PG-13. Considering this movie isn't all that new I know plenty of other people have ranted about that before BUT STILL COME ON. It felt like 70% percent of the movie was introduction and no action and then a twenty minute rising action with conclusion. Oh right, then that cute little fuzzy green chestburster.

So last Friday I saw Predators. The film starts off with the main character falling through the sky with a strange parachute on his back. He struggles to activate it but it deploys automatically before he hits the ground. He finds himself in a strange jungle with other military or dangerous people from all over the world. They trek across the jungle and learn some disturbing secrets. Like how the planet they're on has more than one moon... And how they're being hunted by something... Or somethings..... DUH DUH DUHHNNNNN

I loved Predators. It introduces the blood feud between the classic predator and the super black predators into the movies for the first time. (It had been used in some Dark Horse predator comics beforehand. ) It also brings the predators back to their own stand alone movie in a while and gets it away from all the AVP stupidness. The plot is BRILLIANT and I love every character and they also have a small tie linking back the the original predator movie which was nice. The movie is all action-horror and rated R THANK GOD. It also has a really good plot twist and the whole IS HE DEAD IS DEAD NOPE NO HES NOT KILL IT KILL IT feeling that all great horror movie conclusions have like Aliens and Terminator.

Well now I guess I've got AVPR next.... Please be better. Anyway I highly recommend watching predators and as for AVP... Yeah you can save that for B horror movie night.
