Hello today I'm gonna talk about some comic strips. Every day I read 11 comic strips.
Here it comes.

The Argyle Sweater

The 11 comics I read are Pearls Before Swine, Lio, Calvin and Hobbes, Dog eat Doug, Cul de sac, Get Fuzzy, Bloom County, Foxtrot, Foxtrot classics, Brewster Rockit, and the Argyle Sweater. Pearls before swine is about a not so bright pig, a smart goat, a normal zebra, dumb crocodiles who are always after zebra, and a wisecracking mean rat. Lio is about a 10 year old boy who is a mad scientist and is always participating in the supernatural. Calvin and Hobbes is about a 6 year old boy with his stuffed tiger named Hobbes who is always having imaginary adventures. Dog eat Doug is 2 unseperable friends a dog and a baby.

Get fuzzy



Cul de sac is about 2 siblings who live In a court with all there friends. Get fuzzy is about a dumb dog, a cat who who thinks he superior to everyone and there owner living in a apartment. Bloom county is my favorite and it is about 2 young boys a guy in a wheelchair, a loud mouthed lawyer, a young hacker, a penguin, and a occasionally dead communist cat who barfs a lot. Foxtrot is about a family who are always messing with each other. Brewster rockit is a funny sci fi strip about the Captain of a spaceship. Lastly Argyle Sweater is a mix of everything else.

I like the art a lot too. My favorite art is Bloom County's also. I like It because you can tell almost exactly what the characters like by the art. I like Lio's second. Mostly because he makes really complex art with lots of details.

Nerf Weapons

Hi today I'm going to continue on my blog on nerf weapons. I'm also including a bow and a gun I forgot to mention last blog. Here it goes!

So my favorite nerf weapon is a double sword I got for Christmas. You take 1 sword
And slide the bumps into the notches and then you twist it and the bumps pop into holes to make a double sword. To open it you push in the bumps and twist and pull. My second favorite is the klaw hatchet. I like it because you can throw it from a distance like a tomahawk. I also have marauder long swords and a mace.











One of my favorite launchers is the faux bow. Faux is pronounced fo. It is suposed to be a bow but is more like a crossbow. You can load the blue holder at the top with arrows with the foam down. Next put a arrow on the yellow part, hold the handle below the arrow, and use your other hand to pull back the slider with 2 fingers. Let go to fire.


I hope to get the Warlock ax. It is a long double bladed ax. I played with it once and it's really cool. I also hope to get a new nerf blaster. It is a 3 in one and even has a rocket launcher.





So I hope you liked my nerf arsenal. My 5 year old brother even got a nerf shield and a knife the same time I got the mace.

Huckleberry Finn and Tom Sawyer

Hi today I'm gonna write about Huckleberry Fin and Tom Sawyer. I'm sure you've heard of them. Here it goes!


So Huckleberry Fin begins where Tom Sawyer and him just found 12 thousand dollars that was hid there by an outlaw named Injun Joe. Also Huck got adopted by a old woman who he saved from being tortured. Huck gets tired of living a civilized life though. Unfortunately soon his drunk and abusive father comes back to town and locks him away In a cabin out in the woods. So Huck fakes his own death and escapes to live along the Mississippi.



I like how there out in the wild for a while and that's cool. I like Tom Sawyer a little bit better than Huckleberry Fin. Tom Sawyer I like a little more because he's just a boy having adventures in his back yard. Huckleberry Fin is a little more about a boy becoming a man. I like both though.


In Tom Sawyer he is just a boy who wants to have fun. He has a wild imagination. He also has lots of adventures. I love how he has to go by the book no matter how hard it is. It is a great story.



My grandparents got me this and I liked it a lot. I like the way Mark Twain uses different ways of talking with different people. I would of put in spoiler alerts but I don't think I need to on a 130 year old books. :D Bye!

Science fair

Hi today I'm going to tell you about the science fair. Recently I had to make a science project for my school science fair. It was a little fun but stressful.






I had just finished the social studies fair. I'm in honors classes though so they made me do both fairs. The science fair was right after! Personally I don't think we should have to do that just because I think it can be to stressful. I did go through and do both fairs though.


My science project was called Make Your own Lightning. First rub the plate on a wool blanket. With it you took a pie pan with a pencil for a handle and set it on a styrofoam plate. Next move your hand towards the pie pan and you will feel a shock. I used a pin to anchor the pencil. It was a little fun.



Finally my sceince project got 1rst place! I even went to county. I didnt like it though because you had to wait during a 3 hour period until your number gets called. Unfortunately I didn't place their though. It was funny though because one kid had the same project I had last year! Surprisingly my science project got 1st place and my social studies fair project only got 3rd but I thought that one was better than my science project.

So I finally finished my projects. Here you go the thing everybody's waiting for!!!... Yes my sisters still to scared to do any projects. Although next here she'll have to.
