Monsters!

Hi everybody! Today I'm gonna talk about some drawings I've been doing recently. Here I go.

This is one of my simpler drawings I thought as a kid but why not draw it?


Giant snake monster! This one is the biggest and it can strike at a snakes speed so it's very dangerous.


So I've recently been drawing monsters. There mostly more natural creatures. Not like magic monsters. Or even robots. I was inspired from lots of things.

This is a tiger creature inspired from avatar. I drew a version of this when I was little at my Moms parents house.


This complicated one burrows underground and propels itself with its long legs.


I really started it because I always thought up weird monsters when I was a younger kid but I never really drew them. So I started doing them. Really for me when you're drawing monsters like this for me it's actually about the artwork not how cool it looks or ugly. I mean it's a monster for heaven's sake! So me and two of my school friends started drawing them.

This one is probably my most creative one. It uses the back legs to jump and position the hammers on top of the poor prey. Acid comes out and it drinks the prey like a slurpy.


This is a version of Ceberus that guards the Greek underworld. I made this one shoot fire, lightning and a tornado.


I even drew the monster from cloverfield. The movie I did my last blog on.


Here's one of the parasites that live on it's back.


I even thought I might incorporate some of these into a book I'm writing called Secret Prince. I thought of that because I realized it might be more interesting If they were monsters you would never of heard before instead of just some dragons and trolls.

Rat monster. Ewwww drool!!!


This ones the tallest it throws rocks with its long arms that can swing 360 degrees.


So Here are some of my monsters. I'm experimenting with different art styles but so far I like it with different shadows and details. Bye!

Cloverfeild

Hi everybody! Today I'm gonna do a blog on a movie called Cloverfield. Trust me it's not what it sounds like!



It's called Cloverfield but really it's a giant monster movie. The only reason it's called Cloverfield is because that's where a Bad Robot studio was. It's got really cool perspective because the whole movie is taken from a hand camera mostly held by a guy named Hud. It starts with One of the main characters Rob taking a girl named Bethany on a date in New York City. But Rob gets scared and is traveling to Japan.



His brother Jason gives Hud the same camera for the going away party.


So he starts taping over the date. In the party soon a earthquake happens and an oil tanker spills nearby. Then everybody in the party races to the roof and a huge explosion happens.


Everybody rushes to the street only to hear a huge roar and fiery debris streaking through the sky.


A few seconds later the head of the statue of liberty crashes into the street.


A monster is attacking New York. Cloverfield is a great movie. It isn't the first monster movie I've seen but it's definitely the best and the scariest. It isn't exactly the 1954 black and white Godzilla movie I watched as a younger kid.






So I really hope you check out CloverField. It does have a lot of blood and intense moments so I wouldn't recommend it to anybody younger than 10. I would show you a full body shot of the monster but that would spoil it.

Mask of Ninja

Hey peoples. Today I'm gonna make another game review on Mask of Ninja last hero. Have fun!


The story is that when a ninja completes his first mission he gets a mask. When he dies his soul is encarved into the mask. The dead ninjas soul fuels the mask giving it power. Legendary ninja masks have the most power. Dark forces rose though and killed all ninjas with masks.



They took all the masks. You don't have you're mask yet and you have to fight the dark forces in order to win back the masks. Once you have all of them you can summon the remaining ninjas in training. Finally you can defeat the dark lord. They are 3 modes.


The first mode you can fight enemies on two different lanes with a shift lanes button.


On the second mode you run and jump through a obstacle course.


The last mode is my favorite and you fight enemies on the rooftops.


You can upgrade you're mask abilities, you're short sword combos, and you're long sword combos using soul points. You use coins to buy more masks.



So I hope you get Mask of ninja last hero. It's free too. There's also one game called Mask of Ninja Run where it's just the rooftop running and you beat your scores.


There's one more version that's just Mask of Ninja but I don't know the difference between that and this one.

Dark summoner

Hey everybody. Today I'm gonna talk about a new game I have on my iPod touch. Here it goes!



It is called Dark Summoner. It is a game where you can summon one monster per day. You can also get them during missions. You use the monsters to finish missions and to battle other players. So you can only play when you have WIFI.



They are three types of guilds. Each type gives you a bonus. The bonus in the red type gives you an attack, green gives you health, and purple gives you stamina. I'm in the red. This is my favorite monster but I don't have it yet.






You can go on missions that can get you prizes. If you get all of a set you get a crystal. You can use the crystal to summon a Dark Lord. My favorite monster is a Dark Lord. You have to beat it to get it. They are very powerful and are rank A ( the second highest ) and up.



So I really like Dark summoner. Steve I think you would like this.

Princess of mars

Today I'm gonna write about Princess of Mars. If you haven't heard about it it is a famous book by Edgar Rice Burroughs. Here it goes.


A while ago my dad got me a book for my iTouch that has all the collected works of Edgar Rice Burroughs. First I read the second Tarzan book called the return of Tarzan. I did the second one first because I read the first one as a book when I was younger. After a while I decided to start the Barsoom series. Barsoom is what the Martians called Mars.



I have finished Princess of Mars, the first book and now I will tell you about it. There is a movie about it coming out soon called John Carter. John Carter is the name of the main character. I suggest reading the book before the movie because it's really good. So it starts out with John carter from Virginia riding with his friend in Arizona. Soon he gets separated. He soon heroically rescues him from and apache camp but he is dead and he hides in a cave.



When he woke up he was paralyzed and it looked like he came out of his body and was almost instantly transported to mars. As he woke up he knew he was on mars. Just as plainly as we know we are on earth he knew he was on mars. He then tried to get up and fell on his face. Soon he managed to get up but he could not walk without falling. In front of him he saw a great number of Martin beasts with tusks and huge teeth. Then he heard something behind him and saw the first of the great green men of Barsoom. A forty foot lance was held before him. What will happen next?



So I greatly encourage you to read this book it is very fun and exciting. I also have read the next book Gods of Mars and you expect that and more blogs on the Warlord of Mars. Bye!
